    Required tests:

  • Blood test
  • ESR
  • Level of sugar in blood
  • Urine test
  • Chest X-ray
  • Electrocardiograph (ECG)
  • Audiogram
  • Carrier test - only catering department (at every examination) and Maritime Academy students (for the first time)

    • Additionally, when issuing certificate for the first time in life:

  • Neurologist
  • Laryngologist
  • Ophtalmologist

    • Maritime Academy students for the first time all above and:

  • HIV
  • Psychotests (high altitude work, personality assessment)

Tests 1, 2, 3, 4 and 12 can be carried out in Procner laboratory or Lekarska Spółdzielnia Pracy:

If the tests are carrird out there, there is no need to wait for the results. With your approval they will be forwarded to the email address of the surgery.

Tests 5, 6 and 11 can be carried out in Spółdzielnia:

X-ray results will be issued within twenty minutes.
