    Required tests:

  • Blood test
  • ESR
  • Level of sugar in blood
  • Urine test
  • Chest X-ray
  • Electrocardiograph (ECG)

    • Job specific (additional) medical examination:

  • Ophtalmologist (work with computer monitor)
  • Laryngologist (high noise level in the working environment)
  • Neurologist (high altitude work, driving vehicles)
  • Psychotests (high altitude work, driving vehicles)
  • Spirometry (working in dust)

Tests no 1, 2, 3, 4 can be carried out in Procner laboratory or Lekarska Spółdzielnia Pracy:

If the test are carried out there, you don't have to wait for the results. With your approval they will be fowarded to the email address of the surgery.

Tests no 5, 6, 7 and 11 can be carried out in Spółdzielnia:

X-ray results will be issued within twenty minutes.
